This rash generally appear after exposure to sun light or before the attack of lupus. Also note the other features of lupus. Fatigue, joint pain Photo sensitivity ORAL ULCER Pleuritis, pericarditis PROTEINURIA TREMORS HEADACHE dRY MOUTH anemia and thrombocytopenia indigestion So you have to coinfirm it by testing: Blood test for anti-ds Ab and anti-smith antibodies. Anti nuclear antibody: all this antibodies are positive in lupus Also do test like CBC, ESR, CRP, URINE ROUTINE AND MICROSCOPY, LFT, KFT, USG Do not worry, it may be some other reason for rash So consult the doctor and do test for diagnosis of lupus.
