Is Radio-frequency Treatment Beneficial In Removal Of Moles?

I have a large flat mole next to my right nipple which I hate the appearance of, so much so that i do not let my boyfriend see me without my bra on. I would like to have the mole removed and have approached a local clinic who refused to remove it due to the poor way my skin heals (I have already had other moles removed and have a tendency to develop keloid scarring which have been treated with steroids). Whilst I hate the appearance of the mole, I am also keen for a good result following removal due to where the mole is. I am researching radio-frequency removal as I have heard mixed reviews of the procedure but I am hopeful that this would provide the best results. Please can you offer any advice?
