Is Radiation Burn Above The Breast A Matter Of Concern?

I had a mamogramme on Wednesday as a check up as I had breast cáncer in 2013/4 and have got a radiation burn shall I go back to the hospital for treatment and is it likely to be dangerous, it is above my right breast going onto my collar bone, the breast cáncer was in my left breast
