Is Progesterone Injection Required During Early Days Of Pregnancy To Avoid A Miscarriage?

Hello doctor I had a miscarriage on Sep 26 th it was induced miscarriage due to not viable pregnancy at 9 weeks baby measured only 6 weeks with no heartbeat.My beta HCG levels was above 1500 at 5 weeks but did not check the progesterone levels.since I have pcod am not sure if my progesterone levels were low.Should I take progesterone injection immediately after I test positive pregnancy next time?...

Progesterone can work to avoid pregnancy loss however only if this is caused by low level. It's is not indicated after an induced abortion. You don't need that if you don't have recurrent spontaneous abortions and/or if there is no deficiency of the hormone.
