Is Pressure In The Vaginal Area After 6 Months Of Pregnancy Normal?

I am 23 weeks and 2 days pregnant. I was seen in L&D on monday for spotting and uterine irratablitly I found out I was 50% effaced but not dilated yet. Since yesteday I have been feeling a lot of pressure in my vaginal area alomst like the baby will fall out should I call my OB or is this normal?

Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
It is a serious issue and not to be taken lightly.
Effecement and perineal pressure along with spotting are signs of threatened abortion.
You should visit your gynecologist as soon as possible and get an ultrasonography done.
In the meanwhile take full bed rest, avoid straining at stools and avoid intercourse at all times.
