Is Pregnancy Possible Without Penile Penetration?
Is it possible to get pregnant without penetration but if there was contact between the penis and vagina? There was no penetration but after the contact, there was fingering. There was no ejaculation but some pre-cum fluid may be present on the tip of the penis when it came in contact with the opening of the vagina.

Yes, it is possible to pregnant without full penetration. All that needs to happen is that the tiny microscopic sperm that are in semen and pre-ejaculate fluid need to make their way into the vagina to the cervix.
This can also happen if ejaculate is on a persons leg or hair or fingers and then that gets on the vagina. It is less likely via these mechanisms, but still possible.
