Im age 14 my boyfriend and i were messing around i touched his,penis and he fingered me he did not ejaculate he had urinated twice and fingered me a few times he washed his hands after urinating at one a clear drop came out of his penis he wiped it off on his shirt we sat there for a few mins then he fingered me he had urniated a while after there was one other clear drop touched we are pretty sure he wiped,it off two he said he had blue balls and hasnt "realesed" in about two weeks but im really scared im pregnant im not sure how my chances are right now

For conception to occur, ejaculation into the vagina has to occur. The situation that you described could not lead to a pregnancy. The only risk would be if there was vaginal penetration and he was using a "withdrawal" technique. It sounds like this did not occur, so you should not worry. That being said, you are at high risk for future pregnancy. It would be very wise to have condoms on hand and to also consider birth control.
