Is Pregnancy Possible Despite Menstruating 12 Days After Intercourse?

My gf has irregular periods due to PCOS. Normally goes around a 6 to 7 weeks cycle. We have had sex some time back. She had her period around 12 to 14 days after that. Its been 9 weeks since. I just want to know that how likely is she pregnant. Is there a fair chance?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Honestly speaking, chances of pregnancy are very less. PCOS (poly cystic ovary syndrome) causes infertility. So pregnancy is unlikely in her case.
Her menstrual irregularities are mostly due to hormonal imbalance.
PCOS causes hormonal imbalance. This causes menstrual irregularities and infertility both.
So better to consult gynecologist and get done hormone levels to regulate her hormones.
Once her hormones are normalize, she will have normal menstrual cycle.
At present, no need to worry for pregnancy.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your girlfriend. Thanks.
