Can dry humping with me just wearing a thong and him wearing cotton pants and boxer briefs get someone pregnant. He had some precum but did not ejaculate. This happened the day I was suppose to be ovulating. I took 1 home pregnancy test which was negative but starting spotting yesterday.

You can not get pregnant until unless sperms were ejected inside. If you have started spotting then most likely you will get your proper periods in couple of days.
