Is Pregnancy A Possibility While On Regestrone Medication?
Hi...my periods was due on 31st Jul...I took regestrone from 21st Jul to 26th Jul...I have not got my periods yet....I had unprotected sex with my husband on 18th 19th & 21st Jul...is there a chance for me to be pregnant and since I had taken regestrone...will it affect my baby...plz suggest

If your periods were due on 31/07, you should have ovulated 14 days earlier on 17/07.This means between 14/07 & 20/07 , you were at your fertility peak.Taking Regestrone from 21/07 to 26/07, would not prevent pregnancy.
Regesterone, or most Progestogens so early in conception, in what I assume was a small dose (the same principle applies to the "Morning after" pill) should be harmless.But please do Scan at 5 weeks, take Folic acid & Consult your Gynaecologist.
