Hello,

Be careful while gardening or painting. Wear gloves and long-sleeved shirt or blouse. Protect your skin from coming in direct contact with stuff that can cause you skin allergy. Some paints also cause skin allergy. You can take non-sedating antihistamine. It will help to reduce and control symptoms of allergy that may leave dark spots or bruises.

You can apply ointment containing aloe vera, lemon and turmeric that will help to lighten the dark spots or bruises. Do not touch or scratch. In case of itchiness, you can apply hydrocortisone ointment on the area affected. It will reduce itchiness. Do regular walking in the morning and evening, do some exercise also. Sedentary life causes gastritis. Avoid sedentary lifestyle.

Take antacids or PPIs to prevent bloating & fullness of stomach. Take boiled food for a couple of days to detox your system. Avoid taking oily, spicy, hot food. Yes, stress can occur due to anxiety as your mother is in the hospital. Avoid stress, just relax. You should take quality sleep at night, lack of proper sleep causes fatigue, tiredness & a feeling of sickness.

Take home-made food rich in iron, magnesium, calcium, minerals & high in protein. You can also take iron and vitamin supplements for 10 days to restore strength if you continue to feel weak. Loss of appetite may be due to stress or liver problem. Take liver tonics. Stay away from smoking, alcohol or addictions if any.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
