Is Physical Exertion Safe While Suffering From A Brain Tumor?

Hi, I am a service member and currently serving in the US Army. I was diagnosed with Obstructive hydrocephalus and a benign Tumor between third and fourth ventricles in my brain. I have had two ETV procedures since July 2017 and I still do have symptoms which bothers me. I was wondering with the condition I have if I can still continue my service in the Army. Your insight and timely answer in this regard is very highly appreciated, Thanks, SARWAR
