Is Paracetamol Ideal To Cure Dull Ache In Thighs Which Is Possibly Shingles Pain?

Hi, This all started 3 days ago, I had a dull ache around this area in day 1 and just ignored it, hoping it would go away. Day 2 the pain had moved to the top if my thigh just under my bum. Really sore to sit down etc. That evening I took paracetamol and ibrufen to ease the pain and a hot bath. The pain went away after the bath. It felt like nerve ending pain, that you get with shingles. I thought this pain/issue had passed but woke up this morning with a painful perineum? No sores just inflamed and red. I can t see any cuts either. The pain in my leg gone too? What could this be??

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having developing peri-anal abscess giving this problem.
Go for one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicines.
Consult surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
