Hello Neraline,

It is not impossible to get pregnant while suffering from PCOD. However, here is the report indicating only tranvaginal scan. You may also need to get blood tests to determine hormonal levels that are responsible for menstrual cycles.

Based on the reports, you can be started on the hormone replacement therapy. Usually, PCOD is treated with birth control pills, but as you are trying to conceive, you cannot be prescribed them. You can be prescribed Metformin, but again, dosage requires assesment of hormonal level and physical examination. So you better consult your gynecologist and start treatment. As the medicine will regulate your ovulation and normal menstrual cycles, it will be easier for you to conceive.

I hope this information helps you. Thank you for choosing HealthcareMagic. Take care.

Best,
Dr. Viraj Shah
