Is Numbness In Toes Related To Sciatica And How To Get Back Sensation?
I have had three prolaxed discs and subsequent sciatic pain for over a decade now. Over the past three days the three inner toes in my left foot have felt completely numb. is this related to the sciatica? is there anything I can do to get sensation back in my toes
Hi, From history it seems that your problem might be due to irritation and pressure on nerve passing through prolapsed discs. go for back extension exercises, short way diathermy and lumbar traction. Take calcium, B1,B6 B12 shots or medicines. Ok and take care.
