General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that your problem might be due to irritation and pressure on nerve passing through prolapsed discs.
go for back extension exercises, short way diathermy and lumbar traction.
Take calcium, B1,B6 B12 shots or medicines.
Ok and take care.
