Is Normal Delivery Possible After Having C- Section During First Pregnancy?

Hello doctor! I just want to ask if I can have a normal delivery in my 2nd pregnancy. My first is cesarean 10 years ago. Heres my ultrasound result. BPD is 8.8cms. Equivalent to 36.1 sonar weeks. FL is 6.7 cms. Equivalent to 34.2 sonar weeks. Regular fetal cardiac activity with an FHT of 1 bpm. Amniotic fluid is clear and adequate with an AFI of 15.7 cms. Placenta is located anteriorly with no evidence of previa, Grade III with calcifications.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Normal delivery is possible after a caesarean section, provided that various maternal and fetal factors are favourable.
The ultrasound shows favourable fetal and placental factors for normal delivery, however whether your birth canal is adequate for normal delivery or not can be assessed by an OBGYN specialist.
I will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist so that proper examination can be done and further management can be decided accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
