Sir, MyLipid Profile is as under:- Total Cholesterol 142 HDL Cholesterol 43 LDL 67 VLDL 32 Triglycerides 160 Total Lipid 444 I am taking Atorlip -F (10+145) Inderal 10 Clopivas AP 150 I am CARDIO patient Kindly let me know about my report.

Thank you for your question on HCM. Since you are cardiac patient and on lipid lowering agent, your lipid profile report is good. HDL is good for health and should be more than 40. Yours is 43. So I will advice you to keep it more than 60. You can achieve this by dietary control, proper and regular medicines and daily exercise.
