Is My Anxiety Of Having A Repeat Miscarriage Unfounded?

Hi! I had a missed miscarriage 2 years ago. Today I m pregnant at 7 weeks and had an ultrasound at 6w5d and the MD said the baby is placed well and has a strong fetal pole. Is it likely in 2 weeks it won t have a heartbeat again? I m so nervous the anxiety is overwhelming

overcome from anxiety and worry. nothing will happen and it will be normal pregnancy. have proper antenatal checkup and monitoring of foetal development
