Is Muscle Pain In Eye Normal Post A Rhinoplasty?

Hi I just had rhinoplasty 2 weeks ago but about 4 days ago I started experiencing pain behind my eyes when I move them. as if theres a muscle back there that aches. the eyes are also a little sensitive to light now. maybe because I was at home for a week mostly indoors? thanks. Mike

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
Welcome to health care magic

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are having muscle pain following rhinoplasty.
Rhinoplasty is not related to eye pain and sensitivity of light.
These symptoms indicate inflammation of the eye and require treatment by the use of appropriate antiinflammatory drugs.
Hence I advice you to consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope the information is helpful to you.

Thank you
