Is Mild Pain Above The Ear A Cause For Concern?

Fell and hit my head on right side a few inches above the ear last night about 10:30 on my marble bathroom counter I think not for sure. Have a small headache and sore on that area but feels like a small soft spot in that area were it s sore. Was checked out by emergency crew that was called out. Don t feel any of nausea or the other stuff they told me to look for just small headache and behind my ear a small cute not sure where I hit that. Should I be worried or what should I watch for.

Thanks for asking at Healthcare Magic. I read your question and I understand Your concern.
Hit above the ear with feeling of little headache signifies only muscle sprain and bony periosteum irritation.
However if pain was increasing at the site or headache was increasing especially in morning or you were vomiting in projectile manner then contact doctor.
I would like to advise to take simple pain killer like Advil. Massage the area.
Hope it helps best. Take your best care.
