Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
If you have no side effects of pills and bleeding is not more to make you sick,
Like if you do not develop anemia or gaining lot of weight, or if you have no family (Mother or any elder sister) history of late menopause, then stick to what your doctor says.
If all of above queries are yes then I would have advised my patient to go for surgery.
Hope this helps you to decide.
Good luck
