Is Low Libido A Symptom Of PCOS?

I have PCOS and I currently take metformin. I have pretty much all the symptoms and I wanted to know if a low sex drive can be a symptom. When I do have sex, it's just to please my husband and in my head I'm thinking, just get it done so I can go to sleep. It's not fun for me anymore like it used to be before I was diagnosed 3 years ago. I could actually go the rest of my life without it, when we don't have it, I really don't miss it. Is this normal??

Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
PCOS causes increase in sugar level and stress.
So due to anxiety and tension you are have lost interest.
Please remove it from your mind and discuss with your husband.
If possible take help from counselor or psychiatrist because in PCOS problems occur with pregnancy and periods not with sex drive.
Take healthy diet and do regular exercise.
Hope this will help you a lot.
Thanks for contacting us.
