General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related to a enlarged spleen, liver and kidneys. Lifting weights is not contraindicated in this diagnosis. I recommend to avoid drinking alcohol. I also suggest to eat a healthy diet ant take vitamins daily. It is important to maintain a normal weight.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
