hi i am 30 years a old , i had a ectopic preaganacy in 2005 jan. i have no baby , we will try long t ime , i took letoval , deviry , . i want a baby, so pls suggest me what we want to do to get a preganacy & this is good or not tablets.pls ....

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Ectopic pregnancy definitely affects future chances of spontaneous pregnancy due to the damage done to tubes. Already its been really long that you have been trying for a baby.

So in my opinion from next cycle onwards, get a follicular study with ovulation induction, proceed intrauterine insemination. Advanced age is another risk factor for decreased fertility so its time to hurry up a little and approach the problem on a wide perspective.
