Is Lethargy After Milk Teeth Extraction Normal?

i have a rare genetic disorder that affects teeth. I am 43, and have only about 20 teeth...some of them babies. Two of the babies were just extracted in hopes of eventual implants. I have been very very lethargic after the extractions. is this normal?
