Is Less Amniotic Fluid Around The Fetus A Matter Of Concern?

i am pregnant at 19 weeks , and i am 84 kgs ,, 40 years old, i made and AFP test result was 197 ug/l and the B-HCG is positive 42046 MIU/ml , my doctor told me that there is less lequed around the Fetus , so i want to know if there is any problem with my Fetus

Welcome to HCM.
Less amniotic fluid will have side effects on bay growth.
It depends on the amount of severity.
YOUR are still in first 20 weeks ,so it will not cause much effect now.
By the end of pregnancy, it gradually increases some times.
You have to rule out the cause of less amniotic fluid.
It could be fetal problem like kidney agenesis or birth defects. or it could be placental insufficiency.
You should get TIFFA scan to rule out birth defects.
There is a chance of preterm delivery.
Treatment of oligomenorrhea will be-
*bed rest
*highly nutritious food
*amino acid ARGININE supplement.
Fructose saline infusion(fructodex) .

Do not worry still you have 18 weeks more , by that time everything will become normal.
