Is Knee Replacement Surgery The Only Option For Knee Hamstring Pain?

Hi, I have been having problem with my left knee with hamstring pain which makes me difficult to do my daily activities and hard to get in and get out of the car. I have had tree sinvisc injectios and cortizone shots. My doctors thinks knee replacement surgery might not help. I am very sad how I can help mysel?This is my last hope for advise.
