Is Itching In Vagina Suggestive Of Yeast Infection?

I have this very bad itch on my vagina and it makes my clit itch and the inside of the vagina. It s bleeding from where I scratched if. This has been going on for about 3 days and it s irritating.i put salt and water on the vagina and I have white cheesy looking discharge coming out and black stuff that looks like dirt but it doesn t smell? Please help me. What should I do. Do you think it s an yeast infection or a uti. I m a virgin and I never had sex or someone to finger me.

It can be due to vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take Fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part.
