Is Itching A Side Effect Of Regular Intake Of Meclizine?

one of the side affects of meclizine is itiching. how long would one have to take this medicine before seeing this side affect. i have been on it for about 3 months now and my hands started itiching badly just now. could the itiching be a result of the medication.
