Is It To Be Concerned If There Is Lack Of Movement When Pregnant?

I'm 19 weeks pregnant with twins. I vomitted twice last night after sudden onset stomach aches and gassy feeling. Was able to keep down Gatorade and food about 2 hours later, but have not felt the babies move since then and they've been getting active lately. I am concerned about the lack of movement.

OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
hi,I have one through your question. The lack of movement of the fetuses can be due to fetuses sleeping or decrease oxygen supply to the fetus, due to repeated vomiting which you had last night, which may cause further adverse results. I would suggest you to consume high calorie food and consult your OBGYN specialist immediately. The fetuses need to be examined by ultrasound and further treatment should be done accordingly.
Hope you found this answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
