Is It To Be Concerned If Having Diarrhea And Stomach Aches Continuously?

Dear doctors, i have been having diarrhea and frequent sudden jerks of stomach aches for about 5 days now, and i have realised the content of my diarhea is mostly, if not all water (or looks like water). There's alot of gas as well. May i know if i should be concerned?
