Is It To Be Concern About The Pain In The Back After The Fall?
Earlier this evening I took a fall. I fell forward and I crunch when I hit the concrete. I am now experiencing some swelling and internal pain in the area as well as pain in my lower back, just a couple of inches above the tail bone on the same side. Should I consider going to the ER for an x-ray?

I think you must go to ER to rule out back injury. It would be better to go for MRI scan rather than xray. Also go for ultrasound abdomen to rule out abdominal injury.
Take tablet tylenol for pain.
