Is It Serious To Have Hemorrhoids, Severe Stomach Pain And Diarrhea?

I have been bleeding only when I poop.When I have to poop I have bad stomach pains and a lot of times I was getting a lot of the pains and diarreah from frequent splanda and sugar substitutes.i have stop taking them I notice that after I stoped my bloating went down and the diarreah became less frequent.but still I have stomach pain blood when I poop a little diarreah and all of this is usually after I eat certain things or drink coffee sometimes.I was diagnosed with a mild case of diverticulitis 10 yuears ago.I also have a family history of my mother who had colon cancer and brother who had familiar poly posis.i have an appointment with a gastro june 19.should I ask for an emergency appointment I also have hemmoroids

The probable diagnosis is diverticulitis with may be polyposis and inflammation somewhere in colon.
Yes, please ask for pre-ponement of colonoscopy and also ask for CT scan of the abdomen along with tests of stool, urine and blood
This will give you the exact diagnosis and also the plan for further proper management.
Be on liquid diet till then.
Make a list of the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problem and stop altogether.
