Is It Safe To Use Sebowash Shampoo For Long Term?

Hi I am neha. I have hair fall problem. I have very dry hair as well. Could you please suggest me which shampoo is good for my hair. Right now I am using Sebowash shampoo. Can i use Sebowash shampoo for long term or will it be harmful for hair? Thanks in Advance. Regards Neha

Hello Neha,
Seboeash contains a mild steroid triamcinolone. You have not specified why this was given to you.
It is not advisable to use it long term. If it was given for dandruff, you could now switch to a shampoo containing 2% ketoconazole 2 times per week. If you have dry hair, use a mild shampoo twice a week. Always use a good conditioner. You could apply warm coconut oil 1/2 an hour to 1 hour before shampooing. Do not leave oil overnight as dandruff will worsen. NY commercially available shampoo meant for dry hair will work fine as they all have similar chemical contents.
