Is It Safe To Use Combi Patch For Perimenopause Symptoms?

I am perimenapausal and my obeying suggested I go on the combi patch for the anxiety/sadness i experience around my period. I read the side effects of the combi patch so not interested however I am considering a otc femcreme. What do you think? I am not experiencing hot flashes. Just a little insomnia heavy bleeding and the craziness around 3 days a month breast tenderness and a little weight gain around my belly. Thanks

i think u dont need a combi patch because of side effects , u can ask for non hormonal medicine as u have pms( pre menstral syndrome) not menopause symptoms
