Is It Safe To Undergo LED Facial After Thyroid Removed?

We have a client, she has had her Thyroid removed a few years back. As the Thyroid gland control the secretion of hormones, she is now taking hormone replacement pills (Thyroxin). I just want to find out if she is able to undergo LED Facial (Light Treatment) and IPL treatments?

Hi.
As per your query of led facial treatment, my advice is -
1. There is no relation between thyroid dysfunction or surgery and led treatment.
2. You can go for that treatment safely.
3. Only care to be taken is that the treatment should be done by dermatologist and use good moisturizer after treatment as there will be more dryness of skin due to thyroid dysfunction.
