Is It Safe To Travel In Air While Suffering From Hemorrhagic Ovarian Cyst?

Hi. I found out awhile ago I have an hemmerhagic ovarian cyst. It is about the size of an egg...I have a flight booked to go and see some family in the next few days. The flight is only 1 hour. My question is what are the chances of the cyst bursting while up in the air? Will the pressure burst the cyst?

Travelling by air doesn't per se causes increased risk for rupture..so dont worry about that.
but as the size is significant and it is hemorrhagic it is advisable to go for a cyst removal with the consultation of a gynecologist.
