Is It Safe To Travel During Pregnancy With A Low Lying Placenta?

I am 20wks pregnant, I had my ultrasound and Dr told me that my placenta is posterior, low lying (1.3cm from internal cervical os) with placental cord insertion far removed form the lower uterine segment. I have a vacation planned in exactly 10 days oversees, is it safe to travel in my current condition?

Hello dear, thanks for trusting health care magic.
In my opinion if it is not very important then avoid to travel as much as possible.
Rest is very important in a patient with placenta previa.
