OBGYN 's  Response
If your sister is keeping good health and had no pregnancy problems she can travel by train. Let her have a check up with her obstetrician a day before or on the day of travel to be reassured that mother and baby are fit.
How long is the journey?
Let her take the lower berth only.
If it is more than four hours she needs to take following measures.
- Move legs while seated evey hour or two.
She can lie down or stretch legs if she feels like.
- Take a small walk for 5-10 minutes whenever the train stops.
- The bathrooms are very narrow in the train. She should take support of rails whenever she is using bathroom.
-don't walk in the moving train.
