Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

Prothiaden is a anti depressants medicine. It is used in low doses (25mg) for unexplained pain complaints. Valparin is used for seizure and migraine prophylaxis, specially in post operative neurosurgery cases.

If you are taking them under supervision of your physician, then there is no harm or worry to take them for long term.

Wish you good health and all the best.
