Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. Expired paracetomol will have lost its quality after expiry and it is also harmful for your body to take it. Please don't take any expired medicines, it will do more harm than good. The side effects of expired paracetomol will cost you more than new paracetomol. So please stop it.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Thank you.

Regards,
Dr. Bharth Kumar V D
