Is It Safe To Take Abortion Pill When Suffering From Cervical Dystonia?

Hi, I had a hysterotomy abortion by c-section 3 month ago and now iam again pregnant, dont want to proceed...my HPT shows positive and my USG pelvis shows nothing. Is it dangerous to take an abortion pill now? or already i had a history of cervical dystrotia...so will this abortion pill work now? do i need to face dangerous situation? Please answer..
