Is It Safe To Take Topcef Along With Zinetac And Infinair During Pregnancy?

I am 6 months pregnant and I got chest. Ingestion and wheezing .. Doc advised to take topcef 200 mg antibiotic twice , zintec 150 twice , infinair5/10 mg during night , prednet 4 twice , doxolin 400 twice ,.. All Medicines for 5 days .. Is it safe to have these Medicines during pregnancy

I really appreciate your concern, ideally medicines need to be avoided in pregnancy unless it is extremely advisable in your case symptoms and condition can be managed with conservative way, like drinking more water, hot drinks, steam inhalation, pure honey, get done blood test to rule out the infection if it is not there then no need to have antibiotic, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
