Are Zinetac And Doxinate Safe Medication During Pregnancy?
My wife has just tested positive for pregnancy. She is having symptoms of nausea , vomitting and general weakness. Doctors have advised Zinetac for gastritites and Doxinate for nausea. Are these safe medications ? Should Doxinate be taken before meals or after meals?

hi your doctor has done absolutely right thing as both drugs are safe in pregnancy and doxinate is drug of choice for nausea of pregnancy. doxinate should be taken half an hour before meals and zinetac can be taken before or after meals . also she should take bland foods and avoid spicy food and oily food and take small frequent meals . all the best take care .
