Is It Safe To Take Metronidazole,Pantoprazole And Metformin All Together?

I have mediation for H Piloric and I need to know how to take it.I have doxycycline ( m allergic to tetracycline, pcn and codeine), I have metronidazole and pantoprazole. I take hct 5mg, metformin 500/2 and a multiple vitamin. How should I take these meds, all together or separate.

yes you can take it but after meals except pantaprazole.it should be taken half n hour before food.thank you
