Is It Safe To Take Claritin While On Concerta?

my daughter is 15 and taking 18 milligrams of extended realease Concerta. She has seasonal allergies and is suffering these days with congestion, sneezing and runny nose. She has previously taken Claritin for the allergies. Is she able to take Claritin with Concerta?
