Is It Safe To Take Anti-D Injection Multiple Times?

I had to do ict blood test today I am having bleeding again in my pregnancy I am 8 weeks and 9 days . At 5 weeks I was very ill found out was pregnant started having spotting ended up being hospitalized was given 300ml anti - d injection due my blood type A- & husband being A+. This current result for ict came negative again . Is it safe for baby and my self get this injection several times?
