Is It Safe To Opt For Abortion At Early Stage ?
Hello Doc, I had sex with my girlfriend on 20th may 2011 means around 10 days ago..and she was expecting the periods(mc) on 26may...but she didint it yet. i m worried if she s pregnant ..if she s pregnant is there any safe and reliable way to have an abortion without the complex surgery means with only safe medical pills?? her age is 20.

One week just before periods is considered safe period, ie. very unlikely to get pregnant.
Wait for a few days more and if she still doesn't have periods, get urine / serum pregnancy test done.
The question of aborting arises only if the pregnancy test becomes positive.
