Hello, I can understand your concern for wart on penis. After reading your history I can make out you have Viral wart which actually appear as thorn like soft projection due to viral infection. I personally do not give the Podowart lotion to be self applied by the patient. As it si quite irritant in nature so can cause burns on the thin skin of penis. I suggest you to go for cauterization under expert direction by radio-frequency. For the above you can meet a dermatologist for best possible diagnosis & treatment. Do not pinch, pop or scratch the area. Keep the area dry and wear cotton socks. Change the socks two time a day.
