Hello,
Strenuous exercise is contraindicated during pregnancy, especially during the early stages of implantation and establishment of the embryo within the uterus. So, please postpone your thought of heavy exercise. You can still maintain proper weight by managing your diet. Take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, avoid oily and fried food, fast food, sweets and aerated drinks. You can go about with your daily routine unless advised otherwise. Take sufficient bed rest and avoid stress. Take care.
